Frequently asked questions

Currently we charge a flat rate shipping fee of £3.75. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and do our best to send them out either on the same day or next working day.  Items ordered Saturday-Monday may take a bit longer to be dispatched. Orders are sent by Royal Mail. Please expect a 2-4 day delivery from the time you placed your order. We charge postage on all goods except gift vouchers and workshops.

No, we do not currently accept international orders.

It is rare but sometimes parcels get 'lost' in the mailing system. If you think your parcel may be lost then please contact us. We can then advise you on what to do. If an order is deemed to be lost then we will send you out a replacement order.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise you on when it is due in or offer you a substitute. If we are unable to fulfil your order you will be refunded.

Cloth cut from the bolt is not refundable unless it is faulty or damaged.  Other items may be returned for a full refund (less postage) as long as it is in it's original packaging. Unravelled jelly rolls, layer cakes or charms can not be returned unless faulty. Return postage will be refunded only on faulty goods if they are returned within 14 days.  Please email us with any problems before posting.
