If you are looking for a quick, fun and useful sewing project - look no further! Making knickers is a great way to get accustomed to sewing with stretch fabric and elastic and they can be finished in just a couple of hours. During the class we will be making the Megan Nielsen Acacia - low rise, bikini cut knickers with a comfortable fit and ample coverage. I will guide you through choosing a size, cutting your pattern pieces/fabric, assembling the knickers and using picot elastic.
Level: This is an intermediate class, suitable for students who have experience of dressmaking and are confident using a sewing machine.

Included: The picot elastic and a copy of the pattern will be provided. Please note that the pattern covers sizes XS to XL, which is suitable for 36" to 44" hip measurements and we will not be able to make any adjustments to the pattern size during the class.
